The idea for Aurora Mindfulness came to me while thinking about one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen — the Aurora Borealis.
There is something truly magical about watching the sky come alive with colour and light. It reminds me that even when everything around us feels dark, there can still be beauty waiting to shine through.
What I love most about the aurora is that it can appear when you least expect it. You can stand beneath an ordinary, dark sky and suddenly be surrounded by something completely spectacular — spontaneous, unpredictable and breathtaking.
It made me think about us as people, too.
Sometimes we forget just how much light we carry within ourselves. We don't always have to wait for the perfect moment or the perfect circumstances to shine. We all have the ability to bring a little colour, light and magic into the world, wherever we are.
That is where Aurora Mindfulness was born.
A little reminder that darkness doesn't mean there is no beauty. Sometimes, it is the darkness that allows the light to be seen.
And just like the aurora, we all have the ability to shine — unexpectedly, beautifully and in our own unique way. 💜💙✨
