COMMITMENT

Minimum 20 hours a week
Remote / Eastern time zone preferred
Pay: TBD (Hourly / Stipend)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and engage with our online community across social media and digital platforms

  • Help grow and manage our affiliate and creator network

  • Build relationships with customers, creators, ambassadors, and brand partners

  • Assist with community campaigns, launches, giveaways, and collaborations

  • Respond to messages, comments, and community questions in a timely manner

  • Help coordinate affiliate outreach, codes, tracking, and creator communication

  • Work alongside our team on projects that help grow the brand and strengthen community engagement

  • Learn how a real community-driven eCommerce brand operates from the inside

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passionate about our mission, products, and community

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Shopify, Omnisend, Discord

  • Comfortable working remotely in coordination with the team 

  • Organized, proactive, and does not require micromanagement

  • Interested in community building, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, and brand storytelling

  • Open to part-time/pay-flexible work in exchange for mentorship, experience, and growth opportunities
