A pitch deck is your creative manual that we can use as a point of reference for the vendors we work with. This is typically an image detailing your design and a text document explaining it. On your pitch deck, please add as much information you feel is necessary to describe your concept or idea.

General requirements:

☑️ Design Name and Product/s (e.g., fountain pen, ink, washi tape, etc.)
☑️ Writeup explaining the design and the inspiration behind it (paragraph format)
☑️ Reference Images (If you want your design printed on a pen like the Opus 88 Mini, include it here)
☑️ Pantone color palette

For pens:

☑️ Pen Maker and Model
☑️ Trim color
☑️ Custom Metal Band* - not essential / where possible
☑️ Nib Engraving* - not essential / where possible

If the pen requires blanks:

☑️ Blank Maker (put N/A if open to suggestions)
☑️ Ratio of colors
☑️ Shimmer (put N/A if none)
☑️Translucency (put N/A if none)

For inks:

☑️ Ink Maker (put N/A if open to suggestions)
☑️ Type of ink (regular, shading, sheening, shimmer)

NOTE: If you are an artist and you wish to have an artwork printed on washi tapes, certain fountain pens like the Opus 88 Pocket Mini, stickers and watches, the pitch deck can be all about the design you have in mind.

Individuals interested in collaborating with us to design a project based on our existing product list may submit a proposal for consideration. Please note that not all submissions will be approved, as we carefully evaluate each opportunity to ensure alignment with our brand vision and standards.

The more information we have the easier it is for us to proceed with the project, however we welcome all applications! Should we need more information we will reach back out to you.

Yes! However, you'll need to file a separate application for each project.

How original is your idea? If we have similar products in the line or if we have done a project that is similar previously, your project is much less likely to go into production.

We will review it and get back to you by email in 30 days to let you know if it has been approved. If you need to reach us prior to that, please email projects@hatchcreate.shop.

We send you a formal contract and onboard you as a creative and then the fun begins!
