ADD TO WISHLIST AND NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE
In the past, our “ADD TO WISHLIST” button functioned both as a tool to add items to your wishlist which you can revisit later and also as a way to push notifications so you can receive an email update when it’s available or back in stock.
Now, we have our “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” button so you can easily choose which items you’d like to get alerts for. Find this button on products coming soon on our website.
Your wishlist will still keep track of saved items, but it won’t send you emails. You can stay updated without being flooded with notifications, giving you the convenience of being in the loop about our latest releases and restocks.

The Latest About Our Grail Chasers Program
In an earlier email this first quarter of 2026, we have announced about the changes we planned to roll out for our Grail Chaser Tier Program. We truly appreciate the different feedback we received and in response, we want to assure you that we are revisiting our plans.
We are taking a step back to carefully review the Grail Chasers program to carefully consider the best way to cater to our customer needs while we ensure we have the capacity to give the best service for our community.

Moving Forward
As you know, the past year has been one of the most challenging we’ve faced and this year, while the future remains uncertain, we continue to navigate the rising tides. For small businesses like ours, these ever changing times presented challenges at each turn, one tougher than the other.
But recently a silver lining comes into view, news about tariff refunds that was said to go live on April 20. While the guidelines and process of refunds are not clear, it gives us hope to recover from the setbacks caused by the tariffs and the toll caused by the war.
While many challenges remain in the horizon, we want to re-assure you that we are here and we are operating as normal, fulfilling orders for the fountain pens and stationery you love. While pre-orders can sometimes take time depending on manufacturer timelines, they are being delivered and our team is working every day to keep things moving.
We are deeply thankful for our community’s continued support, especially through these challenging times. To our loyal customers, our creative community, partner makers, and to new visitors discovering EndlessPens, please know that we are here to stay, and it’s all possible because of you!
