Presenting the Upgraded Gravitas Flagship fountain pen, expertly crafted to meet the needs of beginners and experienced writers looking for an oversized pen. This series blends Gravitas's signature minimalist-industrial Bauhaus design with the timeless torpedo shape of traditional writing instruments. Using ACME thread profile, the uncapping in smooth and it takes just one full turn to uncap, the Flagship is perfect for quick note-taking. It's 28 mm section tapers from 12mm to 11mm, offering a comfortable hold, enhanced by micro-machined grooves for a secure grip.
Machined entirely (cap/section/barrel) from a solid block of aluminum and anodized in a variety of colors with a unique bead blasted surface texture. The top and end finials feature silicon nitride, providing an extra layer of protection when needed. The fountain pen is equipped with a Jowo-compatible* Gravitas nib, available in extra fine, fine, medium and broad. Each Flagship pen comes provided with a push-in standard international cartridge converter.
*when swapping for a different nib unit you are sole responsible for checking the fitment of the new nib - we are not responsible for any damages that may occur from the use of non gravitas nibs/nib units.
The Flagship model is not postable. The fountain pen offers a very comfortable experience while using it uncapped, with the Aluminum series opening the Flagship series shape and size in a less weighty format than the Stainless steel versions.
