Gravitas Fountain Pen - Dinkey - Mokume Gane

Mokume-gane is a traditional Japanese technique that involves fusing multiple layers of metal to create a sandwich of alloys, resulting in a unique woodgrain-like visual pattern. For the Dinkey, brass and copper are combined, offering some of the most striking options in the entire lineup.

The Dinkey’s inner cap is lined with Delrin to prevent scratches when posting, and its section is crafted from copper. It features an o-ring at the threading point where it connects with the barrel, and the section is threaded to be compatible* with a Jowo size #6 nib unit (standard steel Jowo nib).

*when swapping for a different nib unit you are sole responsible for checking the fitment of the new nib - we are not responsible for any damages that may occur from the use of non gravitas nibs/nib units.

The writing point of the Dinkey is a Gravitas steel nib, available in extra fine, fine, medium, broad, and elastic fine options, supported by a standard plastic feeder. Paired with a custom-designed plastic tube, this fountain pen offers a perfect combination of style and functionality in a compact, slim form.
