2. Gift Cards
3. Ink Bottles
4. Ink Cartridges
5. Converters
6. Notebooks
7. Any item that was purchased under $15
8. Inked / Used Pen (except for Warranty Reasons)

Damaged Item

• Requirement: Item must not have been used.
• Fees: None
• Eligible for: Exchange OR 100% Refund

Received Wrong Item

• Requirement: Photo of the item and the SKU sticker on the item's original packaging*
• Fees: None
• Eligible for: Exchange or Store Credit for the value of the item**

*The SKU is an alpha numeric code that is usually at the back or bottom of the item's original packaging.

**If the product that you ordered is no longer available, you will receive a 100% refund to the payment method you used to purchase the order.

Warranty Concerns

• Requirement: Image and video of the issue with the pen.
• Fees: Customer will shoulder return shipping
• Eligible for: Repair

If you have already inked the pen and there is an issue with its functionality after use, it falls under warranty. For more information, please check out our Warranty Policy page.

Change of Mind Returns

• Requirement: Item must not have been used.

DISCLAIMER: If we discover that the pen has been used, we can only refund 50% of the original price of the pen. This will apply to ALL customers including Tiered Members.
