Shortly after retiring from a career in Information Technology in 2011, Bob was ready to dive into his next passion. He originally planned to pursue scuba diving, but when a medical surgery sidelined those plans, he had to pivot, and that is exactly how he stumbled into woodworking.His creative journey took a major turn when he spent a month learning how to mix polyester resin under the mentorship of Jonathon Brooks.
Bob eventually found his own unique style and transitioned into crafting with high-quality Alumilite resin.What started as a small backyard hobby has evolved into a thriving business. Today, Bob is recognized as one of the most prominent blank makers in the stationery industry, collaborating with both independent artisans and major global fountain pen brands like Leonardo Officina Italiana and Nahvalur!
