Interview with @the_inkwitch
1. How did you fall down the rabbit hole of fountain pens and stationery? AKA, the moment that made you fall in love with writing tools and supplies.
My Mum is to blame. From the time I could hold crayons, I had any art supply I needed. But it was much later in life when I put those art skills to use and started journaling. I held out so long before finally caving and buying a fountain pen.
2. What do you do for work? Is there any way this hobby is intermingled with your work?
I work for a non-profit that aids those who have suffered brain injury. We do rehabilitation, long term care and housing depending on the client needs. I do scheduling and payroll to support our workers.
3. What else are you in to that you would like to share with people to better know you?
As my handle suggests, i practice witchcraft. I use my artistic side to create pages in my grimoire.
4. What words/quote would you like to share to other aspiring creatives?
Believe in yourself. If you have a good idea and you are passionate, go for it. Don't let your doubts stop you.
5. What do you believe is the best starter fountain pen? Where should people start?
Any pen that you find beautiful. Beautiful pens make you want to write more.
6. What's your go-to pen and ink combo?
This is unfair! I have too many pens that I love and way too many inks to choose!
7. What's your favorite color? :)
Black and phalto green!
