Human passions have mysterious ways, in children as well as grown-ups. Those affected by them can't explain them, and those who haven't known them have no understanding of them at all… In short, there are as many different passions as there are people.
― Michael Ende, The Neverending Story
It’s easy for me to get lost in a story, especially when the words are woven in such a way that they deeply resonate with me. This particular tale I read when I was a lot younger, and its essence has stayed with me ever since, buried like a seed that would someday bear bountiful fruit.
The stories we take into our hearts shape us in turn. And even if the last page has been read, the book finally closed, the tale never ends. The words live within us and become part of our own journey even if we’re not fully aware of them. Nothing is truly lost, it is merely transformed. Such is the magick of a never ending story.

Michael Ende believed that imagination was the most potent tool in a writer's arsenal. He encouraged writers to let their imagination soar, to explore the depths of their creativity, and to let their stories take shape without fear of boundaries. Imagination, he believed, was the key to creating unique and captivating tales. In honor of his 94th birthday, here is a selection of captivatingly enduring fountain pens, inks and journals to help weave your imagination into stories that live on —
Pelikan P200 Classic Fountain Pen – The cartridge fountain pens P200 (gold trim) were introduced in the same design as the classic Pelikan piston filler in 2014. Although the P200 model number suggests that the pen corresponds to the size of the M200 base, the fountain pens are slightly shorter than the M200s. The nib unit can be removed and exchanged with those of other cartridge pens, but is not compatible with the nib units of the piston fillers because of the tip of the feed, which is needed to pierce the cartridge and to gather ink.
LAMY Studio Fountain Pen with Gold Nib – The special elegance of the LAMY Studio Fountain Pen Gold Nib demonstrates just how close design and art can be. The propeller-shaped clip accents the pen’s innovative form. Shiny black lacquer or palladium finish with steel propeller-shaped clip and 14K bi-colour gold nib, anodized. It can be modified for use with the converter filling system Z27.
Kaweco DIA2 Fountain Pen – The inspiration of the Kaweco DIA2 goes back to 1921. The DIA was offered in many variants. Fountain pens, rotary, pressure, and four-color pencils for women and men were made of black hard rubber and colored celluloid. The decorative elements and proportions are those from the golden 20’s. This treasure from a heyday of German art, culture and science has been preserved in detail to this day.
Diamine Anniversary Ink – To celebrate their 150th Anniversary, Diamine has created a line of Anniversary Inks packaged in cake-slice shaped glass wedges. There are a total of 16 bottles, forming two whole ink cakes when completed. Diamine brand ink has a long and rich history, dating back to 1864. Diamine ink is produced in the UK and is made with a gentle formula safe for all fountain pens. It has quickly become one of the most popular and sought-after brands around. A wide selection of ink colors is available.

Traveler's Notebook Regular – The leather notebook itself is similar to the A5 size, except it has a slightly slimmer width. This makes it easy to carry, and it even suits better for writing. You can insert maps, tickets, and three-folded A4-sized papers inside. The structure of the notebook is simple, and its simplicity makes it easy to customize. You can mix and match your refills, which include notebooks made of various papers, zipper cases, and pockets. You can paste stickers on the cover of the notebook and add charms on the bookmark or the rubber band to personalize your style. The more you use the notebook, the more the texture and the taste of the leather cover changes, and this maturity simply seems to reflect the user.
