All About Rainbow Ice Candy
The Leonardo x @micahfinds Momento Zero Rainbow Ice Candy, features a blank that was designed by @micahfinds for the 2024 Manila Pen Show in DiamondCast by McKenzie Penworks. This was a limited edition release, but a few units are available from our last re-release after popular demand.
The colorful design is inspired by a refreshing and nostalgic Philippine dessert that is a beloved treat during hot summer days. The brightly blended rainbow pen body features subtle sparkles that shine in the light, while rose gold trims beautifully complement the pen body. The pen features a sturdy roller wheel clip and stylish pointed ends of the cap and barrel.
The Momento Zero design features the gorgeous Leonardo La Fenice nib, available in 14k gold or stainless steel. Nib sizes include Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, and Elastic Fine.
A rose gold geometric design cap band complements the sleek and colorful pen body. The end of the barrel features a screw-off blind cap which encases the fountain pen's converter.
Not only is the La Fenice nib a beauty to behold, it writes smoothly and depending on the nib material and nib size, it will provide a slight flex and line variation. Neil attests that Leonardo nibs write on the finer side, yet still provide smooth writing and bold ink output.
