I have a BFB 2024 Discounted Gift Card. Can I use it during the sale?
Yes, you can. If you previously purchased one of our discounted Gift Cards, you can use it in conjunction with one (1) discount code at checkout.
I changed my mind about a purchase. Can I still return or exchange it?
For the Black Friday Blitz, all sales are final and not eligible for Change of Mind returns or exchanges. So before you click that button, double and even triple check your order!
How soon can I expect to get my order?
We’re just as excited as you are to get your order. However, due to the high volume of purchases during this period, there may be shipping delays. We ask for your patience as we work hard to get your orders shipped out ASAP!
I have questions about my order. How soon can I expect a reply from you?

Is there a way I can edit or combine orders?

We accommodate special requests as long as they are within our ability to be fulfilled. Please take note that special request notes may delay your shipment up to 14 days.
