Description
The first of the "Dentō Urushigei Rei" series of lacquered fountain pens.
"Akebono-nuri", which uses gradient coating, is considered to be one of the most difficult techniques in lacquering. It creates a feeling of sunshine from jet-black darkness. And because it is handmade, there are subtle changes from each piece to the next.
Package made in Japan
The paulownia box, which is said to be the most suitable material for storing lacquer products, uses high-quality domestic paulownia with fine grain. Sailor uses a durable Sanada string that is hard to stretch. The bag is made by cutting the unwound fabric of pure silk kimono and hand-finishing each one. It adds a feeling of luxury and is suitable for storing fountain pens.
