To start a return please visit our RETURN PORTAL. We strongly advise that you read the below to ensure that your return request is approved.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / un-inked and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original warranty cards and any accessories that it came with.

- Gift Cards
- Ink Bottles
- Ink Cartridges
- Any item that was purchased under $15
- Inked / Used Pen (except for Warranty Reasons)
Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty* coverage or otherwise damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given.
Please also email firstname.lastname@example.org a detailed description with the reason for your return and attach pictures where necessary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you paid by PayPal, the refund will reflect up to 2 business days from the date of approval.
If you paid by Credit Card, the refund will reflect up to 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
If you paid by Store Credit, the refund will reflect instantly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If it still hasn't been reflected on your account, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
