All orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in the United States of America located in either Florida or New York.
We currently only use USPS and DHL for International shipments.
Delivery time estimates:
USPS First Class Mail can range from 2 to 6 weeks. Please note that this service does not offer tracking after the package leaves the USA.
USPS Priority Mail can range from 1-4 weeks.
Please note that this service does not offer tracking after the package leaves the USA.
Priority Mail Express can range from 1-3 weeks and comes with tracking
USPS Global Express Services can range from 1-5 days and comes with tracking
DHL Priority Express can range from 1-5 days and comes with tracking
We highly recommend that international shipments use a tracked shipment method from the above list if you expect your goods within 4 weeks.

Shipping and Delivery Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, we will conduct an investigation. Please contact us to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, we will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to four weeks to process. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, EndlessPens will gladly refund your original payment.
We are only human so If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, kindly contact us to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies must be notified to EndlessPens within 5 days of delivery. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.*please see our warranty policy
