For buyers in the Philippines we do have an affiliated partner that handles all local shipping, returns, warranty issues and our local customer service.
All orders for the Philippines will be handled by our affiliate partner in the Philippines. All orders are shipped via a cargo company that handles shipping and clearance.
All orders irrespective of weight are charged at a flat rate of $15 for NCR/Metro Manila Area and 20$ for Provincial Shipping.
The above rate includes international shipping, custom taxes and domestic delivery.
The estimated duration for delivery will be around 3-6 weeks* but this may be delayed depending on stock availability, customs entry or any other unforeseen circumstances.
If there is an issue with stock we will notify you by e-mail in a timely manner.
Should you wish to know the status of your shipment kindly e-mail our affiliated partner.
Should you wish to use our expedited shipping services we will be glad to provide this service for you. At check out you will be able to use the calculated DHL cost.

Our RETURN POLICY - Please note for Returns in the Philippines we will handle these locally so please do not fill out the return portal simply e-mail our Philippines affiliate.
Our WARRANTY POLICY terms and conditions apply to Philippines sales, the only difference is we will handle these for you locally!
